At the heart of the Park Place Event Center is a dramatic two-story Ballroom designed to make an impression from the moment guests arrive.
Soaring ceilings, polished stained concrete floors, warm stone accents, bold black architectural details, striking chandeliers, and a grand central staircase come together to create a sophisticated backdrop that can transform beautifully for nearly any occasion.
Above the Ballroom, the spacious second-floor Loft wraps around the celebration below, adding another layer of flexibility and giving guests a unique view of the event.
Together, the Ballroom and Loft provide more than 17,000 square feet of indoor event space, giving you room to create an experience that feels entirely your own.

With seating for up to 500 guests, the Ballroom offers the flexibility to create everything from an elegant seated dinner to a lively reception with space for dancing, entertainment, bars, specialty décor, and more.
A grand central staircase creates a natural focal point for memorable entrances, wedding party introductions, photographs, presentations, and special moments throughout the event.

This spacious second-floor area provides seating for up to 250 guests while maintaining a visual connection to the celebration below.
The Loft can become additional dining space, an elevated cocktail area, lounge seating, a VIP experience, exhibitor or vendor space, or simply an extension of the main celebration.
Its wraparound perspective gives guests a unique vantage point while allowing larger events to flow naturally across both levels.

The Bridal Suite

The Bridal Suite offers a bright, spacious retreat for the hours leading up to the celebration.
The suite includes four glam stations, comfortable lounge seating, a kitchenette, dining space, a private bathroom, and plenty of room for the wedding party to gather and get ready together.
Soft finishes and thoughtful furnishings create an inviting setting for hair and makeup, getting-ready photographs, morning refreshments, and those quieter moments before the ceremony begins.
The Groom’s Lounge & Dressing Room
A space to get ready, and a space to simply enjoy the day.

The Groom’s Lounge provides a comfortable place for the groom and wedding party to gather, relax, enjoy refreshments, watch television, and spend time together before the celebration begins.
Adjacent to the Lounge, the Groom’s Dressing Room offers dedicated preparation and grooming space with room for attire and personal belongings.
A private bathroom located between the Groom’s Lounge and Dressing Room provides added comfort and privacy throughout the day.
Together, these spaces create a complete private area for both preparation and downtime.

The Great Lawn
The Great Lawn offers an expansive, open-air setting surrounded by mature trees and the natural beauty of the Park Place property.

With space for up to 500 guests, the Great Lawn can accommodate larger outdoor ceremonies, receptions, and specialty event experiences.
The planned gazebo creates a natural ceremony focal point, while the open lawn gives couples and planners flexibility in how they position seating, aisles, florals, tents, and décor.
Whether styled for a classic ceremony or transformed for a large outdoor gathering, The Great Lawn provides a spacious canvas for creating a celebration that feels entirely personal.
The Woods
Tucked beneath a canopy of mature trees, The Woods offer a more intimate and organic outdoor setting.

The Woods can accommodate seating for 250+ guests, offering plenty of room for a beautiful outdoor ceremony while still maintaining the intimate feel of the natural surroundings.
The landscape provides a beautiful foundation for florals, arches, benches, ceremony chairs, and personalized styling while allowing the trees themselves to become part of the backdrop.

Catering Prep Kitchen
The Event Center includes a dedicated catering prep kitchen with its own private entrance. The space includes a three-compartment stainless steel sink, commercial range and hood, refrigeration and freezer capacity, warming equipment, an ice machine, dry storage, stainless work surfaces, and stationary and moveable prep islands.
The kitchen gives professional catering teams a functional behind-the-scenes environment for preparation, staging, service, and cleanup while helping keep the guest experience polished and uninterrupted.

When available, clients may request a customized quote to add the Lodge to their experience.
With overnight accommodations for up to 34 guests, along with gathering and entertainment spaces, the Lodge can become a convenient home base for a wedding weekend, rehearsal dinner, family gathering, retreat, or multi-day celebration.
